If you tend to feel things deeply, overthink everything, or second-guess yourself, it can get exhausting. You might look like you have it together on the outside, but inside, your mind doesn’t seem to slow down.

This is where you can slow down. I'm here to be present, listen, and provide a framework towards moving forward. I have supported people close to me who were struggling with serious mental health concerns. Those experiences shaped the way I understand mental health and motivated me to study and build tools to help people.

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface—why certain patterns keep showing up, why your emotions feel so intense at times, and how to respond to them in a way that feels more steady and manageable. You’ll start to build a different relationship with your thoughts and feelings—one that feels less overwhelming and more grounded.

Our individual counselling sessions move at your pace. Together we can:

Explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or conflict

Develop practical tools for managing anxiety and emotions

Strengthen communication and relationships

Navigate life transitions with greater confidence

What can you expect if you work with me?


I work with people who want a space to slow down, understand  what’s going on internally, and feel more grounded in themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional ups and downs, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by your own thoughts, we’ll work together to help you understand your patterns and find ways to move forward that feel more manageable.

I work with individuals experiencing challenges related to:

  • Major life transitions
  • Relationship challenges
  • Postpartum depression and overwhelm
  • Depression and emotional overwhelm

Over time, the goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you feel more confident in who you are, more secure in your choices, and more able to move through life without constantly feeling pulled in every direction by your thoughts or emotions.

Sessions are $170 (no tax) for 50 minutes located in Barrie, available in-person or virtual.
