Sometimes life gives us more than we can handle alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and an important step in taking charge of your well-being.

If you are reading this, you are likely seeking support for yourself or a loved one. You are not alone.
Like many others, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a teenager and young adult, I was fortunate to have access to therapists who changed my life with their knowledge and compassion. I was inspired to earn a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, which I attained from McGill University in Montreal. Now I strive to help others using my education in psychology, my personal experiences, and more than 10 years of experience working and training in the mental health field.
I believe that everyone is complex, worthy, and resilient. With this in mind, I help teens and adults navigate life's challenges. I offer a caring and non-judgmental space where you are welcome to show up just as you are. Together we will seek to understand your unique personal story with curiosity and empathy.
We will discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build on your strengths. Whether your goal is self-exploration, healing, improving your mental health, or living a more engaged and meaningful life, it would be my privilege to work with you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I support individuals age 14 and up via in-person and telephone sessions.
Our individual counselling sessions move at your pace. Together we can:
Explore patterns that may have developed out of traumatic events
Strengthen communication and relationships
Use CBT and evidence based tools to address PTSD and more
Develop practical tools for managing anxiety and emotions
Practice relaxation and grounding techniques
What can you expect if you work with me?
I believe that everyone is complex, worthy, and resilient — and that the right therapeutic relationship can be genuinely life-changing. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply curious about your unique story. Having navigated my own experiences with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I bring both clinical training and real personal understanding to this work. A Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and over a decade in the mental health field inform how I show up — but so does knowing firsthand what it means to need support and find it.
I work with individuals experiencing challenges related to:
In our work together, you are welcome to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity and empathy — developing coping strategies that actually fit your life and building on the strengths that are already there. Whether you're working toward healing, self-understanding, or simply living in a way that feels more meaningful, it would be my privilege to be part of that journey. I offer in-person and telephone sessions for individuals age 14 and up.
