Parking, Entrance & Accessibility
Free on-site parking is available at the building. Our office sits at the corner of Essa Road and Anne Street in Allandale — just one minute off Highway 400. From the parking lot, enter through the right side door, head up the stairs, and turn right. If you need mobility assistance to reach the second floor, please let your therapist know in advance and they will help you access the elevator.

Booking, Fees & Insurance Questions

No referral is needed to book with Reset. You can contact us or book directly online. Keep in mind that some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so it's worth checking your plan's specific requirements beforehand.
